JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual cleaners wanted
EKquisite Cleaning Services is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform – specifying the hours you wish to work and the areas you want to work in. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. Any customer service issues we deal with to save you that time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs.

What you will do:

As you may imagine, cleaning is all that we ask you specialize in! We have a specialized checklist to follow which may include:

• Trash takeout
• Dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming and mopping
• Cleaning/folding laundry
• Dishes
• Other general house cleaning duties

Compensation:

• This will be based on a contract model (1099 and subcontract)
• We estimate pay to be $20 -$35 hourly depending on the scale of job you accept. Increase in pay annually based on performance.
• Monthly Bonuses based on performance

You must have:

• 2+ years cleaning experience (must)
• At least 18 years of age or older
• Have own cleaning equipment & supplies (we have a checklist for what’s needed)
• General Liability Insurance or willing to get General Liability Insurance
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle or reliable form of transportation
• Have a phone with GPS access
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Willing to consent to a background/criminal record check
• Hardworking and Punctual
